Lauren has worked in public policy since 2007 – an area increasingly rife with conflict – focusing on the environment and energy.  Lauren brings a collaborative, respective spirit to these issues, having previously studied mediation in law school, and colleagues have reflected on the peace that she brought to both people and situations. As an advocate, she saw the loss of many good and necessary ideas due people’s inability to agree. This is what inspired her to create Prosperity Squared, so she could help people work together and all win.
